Golden Gateway Three

In association with Fisher Friedman Associates, San Diego, CA

Golden Gateway Three is the last cornerstone of building in a four-block area of mixed use development in downtown San Francisco. With Sidney Walton Park as a visual anchor in a four block quad, the remaining three blocks of retail commercial and housing wrap around to form a creative backdrop to one of the city’s most active and vibrant public spaces. It was a priviledge as a junior designer with Fisher Friedman & Associates of San Francisco, Ca., to participate in this major urban achievement. With over 225,000 sq. ft. of parking and retails shops and offices, and 53 residential units ranging from 830-2300 sq. ft., the detail and complexity involved with the design and construction documents for this brick and concrete structure are almost unparalleled for a project of this scope.
